Isaac Quansah

Africa-based Development and Policy lead

Isaac Quansah is an accomplished social enterprise and private-sector engagement leader with
over a decade of cross-sector experience spanning energy, telecommunications, hospitality, and
sustainable development. He began his career at So Energy Ghana Limited (Sahara Group),
where his rapid promotion to team lead demonstrated his strengths in operational leadership and
stakeholder management. Since then, Isaac has held strategic roles, including Project and
Workshop Manager for the EU‑funded Green Economy Ghana (Archipelago) project, and
currently serves as Executive Secretary of the Ghana‑Sweden Chamber of Commerce and as
Private Sector Engagement Manager at Social Enterprise Ghana.

Isaac brings board-ready skills in private‑sector partnerships, program design, and governance,
with a proven track record mobilizing collaborations between business, donors, and civil society
to create jobs and strengthen systems for youth and green entrepreneurship. He mentors
entrepreneurs across Africa through the Tony Elumelu Foundation and Densu Associates,
contributing to enterprise development and inclusive economic growth. Isaac is also an author, a
certified peer counsellor accredited by the Planned Parenthood Association of Ghana (PPAG),
and an experienced volunteer with community organizations.

He combines strategic partnership experience with hands-on operational delivery, making him
well-suited to provide governance oversight, stakeholder engagement guidance, and program
advisory support to boards focused on social impact, youth employment, and sustainable
development. Isaac is based in Accra and is a proud father of two daughters and a son.
