The BOMA Student Success Program 

This will be a holistic 12-month program designed to support students and emerging entrepreneurs in mental wellbeing, career readiness and entrepreneurship development.

Through the Student Success Program, we will address a critical gap in educational institutions; the lack of integrated support systems that prepare, equip, and sustain students for real-world success. The program will provide comprehensive guidance, practical resources and developmental opportunities to help participants thrive academically, professionally and personally.

The Problem

Students today experience high levels of mental health strain and burnout, lack of career readiness and have limited access to entrepreneurship support, as most institutions lack the internal infrastructure to address all three effectively.
