Victoria Noah
Deputy Executive DirectorVictoria Noah is a seasoned Public Health and development professional with over eight years of
experience in program management, monitoring and evaluation, stakeholder engagement, gender
programming and community systems strengthening. She has successfully led and supported international donor-funded initiatives focused on mental health, HIV prevention and care, gender-
based violence prevention and response, child protection, adolescent health and community development.
Her expertise spans project design and implementation, research, monitoring and evaluation,
advocacy, capacity building, partnership management and resource coordination. She has also
received specialized training in humanitarian leadership, gender programming, project
management, knowledge management and sexual and reproductive health programming; further
strengthening her ability to lead impactful development initiatives and drive sustainable outcomes.
As Deputy Executive Director, she provides strategic leadership for organizational growth,
program development, stakeholder relations and operational excellence. She is passionate about
improving health outcomes and advancing inclusive development for vulnerable populations.
